St. Francis Catholic Singles (SFCS)
has five basic Core Values:
the spiritual, intellectual, practical, social, charitable.
We strive to address each one of these values with
the way we conduct the group
and by the varied activities sponsored
and those supported by SFCS.

The Spiritual
Not a study group, but thoughtful.
Opportunities to nourish our spirituality
by deepening our understanding of Catholic doctrine.

The Intellectual
Not a study group, but inquisitive.
Opportunities to nourish our spirituality by deepening our
understanding of Catholic doctrine.

The Practical
Not a support group, but supportive.
Issues of concern in the daily living of the single life are addressed.
Topics have included Developing Healthy Relationships,
Financial Planning for Singles, Single Parenting.

The Social
Not matchmaking, but relationship-friendly.
In addition to social events,
the group aims to create an atmosphere that makes new and
returning members feel welcomed
and enables them to develop friendships and relationships.

The Charitable
Not a soup kitchen, but of service.
SFSC provides opportunities to give of ourselves to those in need.
